OUR 6 SIMPLE RULES

 

The VEUE Beach Cabins concept will only work if each guest respects one another as good neighbors.  Breaking any rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit and/or booking.  Please read through our rules BEFORE you book a cabin.

1.  STRICT CANCELLATION / REBOOKING POLICY.  

When you book a cabin, it is blocked off exclusively for you and will be unavailable to anyone else so we need to be strict with cancellations. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made within 20 Days of occupancy. 50% Refund for cancellations prior to 20 days before occupancy.   Let us give everyone the chance to book their holiday! Bookings may be rebooked if there is a medical emergency accompanied by a medical certificate. Only one rebooking is accepted - 15% surcharge for rebooking to be paid prior to confirmation of rebooking.  Rebooking on a whim is not acceptable and is equivalent to a NO SHOW. Absolutely no refunds for NO SHOWS.

            BOOKINGS MAY BE REBOOKED IN THE GOVERNMENT'S DECLARATION OF FORCE MAJEURE

WITH NO ADDTIONAL FEES

 

2.  REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT 

2,500 PHP is charged to cover possible minor damages that may occur to the property. This amount is refundable within 48 hours after checkout.  The amount is electronically refunded back into your credit card or deposited back into your account after check-out depending on the payment method. Damage that exceeds the deposit amount will be billed separately.  VEUE reserves the right to charge the full amount to partial damages to sets of appliances, furniture, utensils, fixtures, and the like. The security deposit will also serve as a fine for violations of any of the listed rules. In short, please take care of the place :)

 

3.  MAXIMUM OF 4 (FOUR) OCCUPANTS (adult/child) PER CABIN.  

Each Cabin is built for two but can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. Having more than 4 occupants (adult/child) per cabin will affect the low-density atmosphere that we are striving to achieve and is potentially harmful to the maintenance of the cabins. Guests are also not allowed to bring pets in the property. VEUE reserves the right to refuse entry to any group in excess of the allowed occupants.  Each guest must register prior to arrival. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS MAY ENTER VEUE.  Wow! We're really strict about this --- but trust us, you don't want to be in a crowded place when you want to relax!

4.  MINIMUM 2 (TWO) NIGHTS STAY.  

Patar Beach, Bolinao, and the general Pangasinan area is one of the nicest places to visit in the Philippines.  However, it is also located out of the way of most major cities and much like other remote tourist spots, is best visited when one has the time to enjoy the place.  We only have a limited number of Cabins and we would like to dedicate these to those who are committed to this minimum length of time.  Checkin: 2pm / Checkout: 11am.

5. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. 

Guests involved in Illegal activities will be removed from the premises, reported to the authorities, and be fined the minimum amount of the security deposit.

 

6. RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS AND SURROUNDINGS.  

Observe proper etiquette, attire, and behavior at all times.  No Littering, vandalism, or smoking inside the room.  Do not engage in activities that may be potentially harmful to other guests, the property, and the environment.  No smoking or eating while in the pool, however, you may enjoy your beverage of choice using the plastic cups provided.  More importantly, practice common courtesy.  Veue reserves the right to decline and forfeit the security deposit of unruly, unreasonable, or unnecessarily noisy guests.  No camping - no pitching of tents.  No bringing/setting up kiddie pools.  Must use the proper drying rack outdoor /indoor - our light fixtures are not for hanging clothes or towels.
